Our Training

At Starfish Dog Training, we pride ourselves in offering a positive training experience. We take the time to get to know our clients, form relationships with their dogs, and troubleshoot behaviors to formulate a one of a kind training plan. We offer ALL BREED training for dogs within our community. We understand that dogs are our family, and are deserving of respect and compassion.

Regardless of what program you chose, we commit to providing each dog with the training they need, as well as teaching you the the communication skills necessary to complement their training.

We offer Board and Trains or Private Sessions in:

Basic and Advance Obedience (Adult and Puppies)

Behavior Management (Aggression, Fear/Anxiety, Reactivity, etc.)

Service Dog foundations and Public Access Training

Cooperative Husbandry (grooming, vet visits, emergency handling, etc.)

Puppy Preparedness (everything to know before bringing your new puppy home)

Rescue Habituation (help your new rescue acclimate successfully into your home)

Pet Boarding:

Is offered on limited availability, in our home, with 24 hour care. As opposed to a traditional kennel setting, our guests reside in the home with us, in a quiet and relaxed environment. Dogs who stay with us must be crate trained (for their safety), potty trained, and non aggressive. An evaluation and consult is required for ALL new guests.
